Fee Schedule

Overview

Chatter AI is a software tool that enables users to automate algorithmic trading strategies on their own brokerage accounts. The following fee schedule governs all charges to end users of the Chatter AI platform.

Subscription Fees

Chatter AI does not charge a flat subscription fee. The platform is free to download and use.

Performance Fee

Performance Fee	10%	Realized gains in the billing period

The performance fee is calculated as 10% of net realized gains generated by Chatter AI bots during the billing period. Realized gains are defined as the sum of all profitable closed trade results within the billing period. If realized gains are $0 or negative, no fee is charged.

Billing Cycle

• Billing period: one calendar month (e.g., April 1–April 30)
• Invoice presented to the user on the last day of each billing month
• Grace period: until the 5th of the following month
• Bots pause if payment is not received by the 5th of the following month

Data King LLC does not store or process payment card information directly. All payments are processed by Apple Inc. or Google LLC.

Refund Policy

Performance fees are non-refundable once paid. Refund requests for erroneous charges must be submitted to carl@data-king.ai within 30 days.

No Hidden Fees

There are no setup fees, cancellation fees, or inactivity fees. Users may disconnect their brokerage account or delete their Chatter AI account at any time at no cost.

Fee Changes

Data King LLC reserves the right to modify the performance fee rate with 30 days' written notice to users via in-app notification and email.
