This Privacy Policy describes how Data King LLC ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Chatter AI mobile application ("App"). By using the App you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: Name and email address provided at registration.
Brokerage API Credentials: API keys you provide to connect your brokerage account. These are stored encrypted and used solely to execute trades at your direction.
Trading Data: Order history, fill data, and position information retrieved from your linked brokerage account to display your performance and calculate fees.
Billing Records: Records of performance fees billed and paid, processed through Google Play or Apple In-App Purchase.
Usage Data: App logs and performance metrics collected to operate and improve the service.
Device Information: Device type and operating system version for compatibility and support purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

To authenticate your account and maintain your session.
To execute automated trades in your linked brokerage account at your direction.
To calculate and bill performance fees based on realized gains.
To display your trading performance and bot status within the App.
To communicate with you about your account and service updates.
To detect and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, and technical issues.
To comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only as follows:

Brokerage API: Your API credentials are transmitted to your linked brokerage to place trades on your behalf.
Cloud Infrastructure: Data is stored on Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Secret Manager), which is bound by Google's data processing agreements.
Payment Processors: Performance fee payments are processed by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android). We do not receive or store your payment card information.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security controls to protect your information:

Brokerage API keys are stored encrypted in Google Cloud Secret Manager (AES-256).
All data in transit is protected with TLS 1.2 or higher.
Database storage uses AES-256 encryption at rest.
The database has no public IP address and is accessible only via private network from our application servers.
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt; plaintext passwords are never stored.
Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel with multi-factor authentication.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we use commercially reasonable measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and trading data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at carl@data-king.ai.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate information.
Request deletion of your personal information.
Withdraw consent for data processing where consent is the legal basis.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will promptly delete it.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party brokerage APIs and payment platforms. Your use of those services is governed by their respective privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
