We charge 10% of realized gains generated by your bots within a calendar month. There is no fee in months where gains are zero or negative. See the full Fee Schedule for details.
Yes. Your funds remain in your brokerage account at all times. Chatter AI never holds, moves, or has custody of your money. We only place trades on your behalf using the API access you grant.
You can enable or disable individual bots at any time from the Bots screen in the app. You can also revoke Chatter AI's access entirely by deleting your API key from your brokerage account.
Email support@data-king.ai with the subject "Chatter AI Account Deletion Request" and the email address on your account. We'll confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.
